The hospital is located at <strong>Rooma, Kanpur<\/strong>, and spans approximately <strong>1.2 lakh square feet of covered area<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Under the <em>asset-light arrangement<\/em>, Park Group will undertake <strong>renovation, modernisation and investment in medical equipment<\/strong> without acquiring the underlying land or building. The agreement is expected to become effective <strong>no later than April 1, 2027<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As part of the arrangement, AHRSPL will pay AES a <strong>revenue share equivalent to 6% of collections<\/strong>, subject to applicable taxes. The minimum guaranteed payment is <strong>\u20b920 lakh per month, including GST, during the first year<\/strong>, followed by <strong>\u20b920 lakh per month plus GST thereafter<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The hospital is planned to be renovated and re-equipped before commissioning by the <strong>end of the current financial year<\/strong>.
